Preliminary access
Run your conference on the platform before the public release.
Until February 2027 we are working with a small number of conferences directly. In return for your feedback you get the platform, our help with setup and import, and a say in what we build first.
How to get in touch
Send an email to access@conference-platform.com with:
- the name of the conference and the organisation behind it,
- the expected number of submissions and participants,
- the submission, review and conference dates,
- whether you need onsite streaming or registration,
- and anything you are currently doing in a spreadsheet that you would rather not.
We answer every request personally, usually within a few working days.
What preliminary access includes
- A hosted instance for your conference, or a container image to run on your own servers.
- Import of existing submissions and people from CSV or a previous system.
- The full platform: submissions, review, correspondence, programme, registration, live sessions and the assistant.
- Direct contact with the developers while you use it.
